«Tutto bellissimo tranne lo staff»
La Struttura è meravigliosa, Le ville sono enormi e davvero confortevoli. Ottima colazione e posizione perfetta per girare l’Algarve. Piscina perfetta per dimensioni e pulizia.
Lo staff per niente cordiale, erano carini e simpatici solo con i clienti abituali e del luogo. Noi ci siamo sentiti trattati con superficialità soprattutto dallo staff che si occupa della colazione. Veramente scortesi, una mattina avendo il giro in barca a mezzogiorno mi sono permessa di fare un panino con il prosciutto per mio figlio di un anno, che non avrebbe potuto pranzare in barca. Una cameriera molto scortese è venuta a dirmi che non era permesso. Ho risposto che lo avrei pagato a parte se era un problema ed a quel punto ha capito di aver esagerato. A mio parere non si dovrebbero rimproverare gli ospiti per così poco. La gentilezza e la cordialità vengono prima di tutto. Altrimenti soggiorni piacevoli in strutture meravigliose come questa, vengono rovinati da questi spiacevoli ricordi.

«Tanti spazi e niente sfarzi»
Le ville sono molto belle immerse in un giardino molto curato, sono spaziose ben arredate e dotate di tutti gli elettrodomestici. Il resort è in una zona tranquilla ma tutto sommato a pochi chilometri dalle spiagge più belle. Lo staff è cortese e disponibile
I servizi decantati sono praticamente inesistenti il campo da padel, il minigolf, ecc sono insufficienti è molto piccoli. Come anche la piscina troppo piccola per la grandezza del resort e per la mole di clienti,risulta sempre sovraffollata e con pochissimi lettini e ombrelloni lo spazio in sé è molto striminzito. Non ci è mai stato possibile utilizzarla. La colazione non è all’ altezza di un 5 stelle ma nemmeno di un 4 stelle ,viene servita nella sala d’ingresso del resort ,pertanto i clienti per la colazione e quelli per il check in e check out condividono lo stesso ambiente ,uno dei tavoli con gli alimenti è adiacente alla porta dei bagni davvero poco igienico,la varietà delle pietanze e ripetitiva,nei 6 giorni del nostro soggiorno tutto era sempre uguale e spesso non efficientemente riassortito.

«Piacevolissima, ogni confort e privacy»
Location molto rilassante, casa privata molto confortevole con giardino tranquillo tutto intorno. La casa era davvero grande per quattro persone e fornita di tutto il necessario, anche per cucinare a casa e dotata di lavatrice. Letti comodi e grandi. Molto pulita. Buona la colazione (sia dolce che salata) e il bar. Bello stare intorno alla piscina. Il personale è stato cordiale, gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Very relaxing location, very comfortable private house with peaceful garden all around. The house was really big for four people and provided with everything needed, also to cook at home and provided with a washing machine. Comfortable and big beds. Very clean. Good breakfast (both sweet and salty) and bar. Nice to stay around the swimming pool. The staff was friendly, kind and always availlable for anything needed.
I tried the SPA, but the steam bath was not so nice for me. No fresh water availlable to wash the seat and refresh yourself.
